Every now and again we cater for something really put of this world. A great event that is completely food orientated. Whilst most caterers would claim that the food is the star of the show. In my experience often food is made to fit in around a schedule from a space not fit to be a kitchen. Less memorable than the drinks or un-remembered by the waiting staff.
