The Concept

Ive had an Idea for a food blog. Not a particularly original one but hopefully one that can stimulate some thought. I have been a chef for a number of years now and my back ground is pretty varied. The idea of a "Top Gear" of food appeals to me. With audience participation and the pooling of ideas from my chef mates. I want to improve, refine and develop the food I am currently doing. Any suggestions are welcome although if they are crap they will be duly ignored!
